EarlySite Signals is a business-to-business planning-intelligence service for suppliers interested in NSW childcare development activity.

What we collect

When you request a sample report, we collect the work email, company, role/team, supplier category and message you submit. We also store delivery status for sample-report emails and owner notifications.

How we use it

We use this information to send the requested sample, reply to your enquiry, understand whether the service is relevant, and operate the EarlySite Signals product.

What we do not do

We do not sell contact details, use guessed personal email addresses, or publish private-person contact details from planning records.

Service providers

The service uses Cloudflare for hosting, D1 database storage and email routing, and Resend for sending email. Stripe may be used for payment processing once live payments are enabled.

Opt out and access

To update your details, request deletion, or opt out of follow-up, email hello@earlysitesignals.com.
